During the idea generation phase, we will work with you to capture idea's, and screen them for feasibility.

We can assist with creating concept models using state of the art solid modeling software and rapid prototyping services using 3d printing equipment from Z Corp. 

We use Pro-E solid modeling software to create virtual part prototypes. For conceptual design of assemblies, we have the advanced assembly extension which allows capture of design intent, and creates a "Top Down" design model with the flexibility of adding variations and changing features.

We operate a Z printer 310 from Z Corporation. This gives us the following capabilities:

• High strength composite parts made directly from CAD/CAM solid models which can be used for form/fit and proof of concept evaluations. Turn around time can be as little as 2-3 days from concept to parts.
• Elastomeric parts
• Direct cast parts - we can create a cavity and cores for direct casting of metallic parts in various materials.
